If you’re a student, then you know that saving money any way that you can is just about the best thing you can do. And thanks to companies like Apple, they offer you ways to save a little bit of money right from their stores. The Apple Education Store is one of those places that has offered up deals for students for as long as we can remember, a great place for students, teachers, and other faculty members to get their hands on Apple products. Sure enough, the iPad is getting the same treatment.

We’d love to see some discounts on a single iPad, even just a couple hundred dollars, just like the Cupertino-based company does for their computers and laptops, but it seems for now that the discount is reserved for the available 10-packs. As you can see from the images, you can order the different variations of the tablet with or without Applecare. And, as you can see, there’s about a $1,000 difference between the two variants. But of course, Applecare is one of those things that seems absolutely essential, especially on a product that is mostly screen.

So, the discount. It’s $20 on a single iPad out of that order. Yeah, we know, it’s not a lot. But, like we said, when you’re a student, or even a teacher, saving money is one of those things that just becomes a necessity at one point or another. This is good news for teachers or professors who want to bring the iPad into their classroom, and hopefully students get the same treatment soon.
