B&N iPad eReader app in works

Barnes & Noble have confirmed that they are working on a version of their B&N eReader ebook reader software suited for Apple’s upcoming iPad.  In a post on the company’s blog, B&N describe the free app as offering the same ebook access as their nook dedicated ereader.

Apple have officially confirmed that their iPad tablet will go on sale in the US on Saturday, April 3.  On that day you’ll be able to walk into an Apple store and pick up the WiFi model; alternatively, preorders will be taken online from March 12.
