We understand that there are other tablets out there. And we even get the fact that companies want you to believe that they are good, and worth your money. But, well, that’s simply not the case for most of them out there. Truth be told, we all know that once manufacturers and companies figured out Apple was working on a tablet, they all held their breath, waiting to see what the Cupertino-based company would unveil. And sure enough, with the announcement of the iPad, the tablets started pouring out of the floodgate.

Thanks to a Chinese-based gadget site, Shop Kami, we’ve caught wind of what’s being called the Ezy Tablet, and it is a multitouch, 3G tablet that’s available right now. And we’re going to have to agree with dvice on this one: it does look like a college-student render. (Not that that’s a bad thing, you know, for college students.) The Ezy Tablet has a 10.4-inch display; 1.6 gigabyte Atom processor (common for netbooks); 2GB of RAM which is upgradeable to 4GB; and a 250GB hard drive. But it doesn’t stop there. The Ezy Tablet also has three USB ports on the device, and has a webcam built into the frame.
While that may entice some people out there, there’s no escaping the fact that this Ezy Tablet probably runs just as terrible as the majority of previous tablets that have hit the store shelves before it. Plus, there’s also the trouble of the fact that it’s coming off some random Chinese-based website. for $680 you can pick up the base model, which does include 3G, but what you don’t get? Windows 7. That’s right. If you want that, you’ll need to anty up $860. Or! You could buy in bulk: 25 models will only see you pay $52 per model. Fantastic, right? This won’t shock you, but we recommend waiting a bit, and spending your money on the iPad. Which will work. Properly. And longer than a week.
