Being an early adopter of a fresh product has its ups and downs. Some people think you’re crazy for throwing your money down on something that’s so new it hasn’t even really been tested or reviewed (by the populace at large). And still, others would argue that being the first to own something is one of the best feelings you can have at any one given moment. (Maybe they wouldn’t go that far…) Whichever side of the fence you stand on, here’s some (potentially) good news for you. According to “a source,” pre-orders for Apple’s tablet are about to begin.

Traditionally, Apple likes to start selling their products on Fridays. Like their iPhones and iPod Touches. So, we’re inclined to think that the iPad would get the same treatment. If that’s the case, then at the moment, it’s looking like March 26th might be the official launch date. So, how does a month to pre-order sound? If this rumor is true, coming out of AppAdvice’s source close to the matter, then Apple could start taking pre-orders on the tablet as early as February 25th. That’s next week, folks.

Pre-ordering the iPad may not be like pre-ordering any other piece of tech out there. Unlike those other products, if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, then you know what you’re getting. Plus the potential of further application development. So maybe pre-ordering the iPad won’t be that hard of a bargain for some people. Then again, maybe you want to stand in one of those now famous Apple lines, where you get to meet a bunch of new and interesting people, all waiting for the same thing as you. What do you think? If this true, are you going to pre-order?

  1. OK, Who plans to pre-order.

I am in. Just have not decided if it will be the 32 or 64GB WiFi version.
  2. whenever they open it up for the 64gb 3g im gonna jump on it.
  3. Would this allow secure email, contacts, and calendar integration with my windows laptop through my company server? Company currently issues Blackberrys, but if I could carry everything on my personal phone that would make my day. Email client is being shifted from Lotus Notes (VOMIT) to Outlook. avi to mpeg4 converter JD your right about the pixely photos. I have unlimited data with AT&T and installed this app just to "give it a try" since then I've noticed that lots of pictures are pixelated, never occurred to me that it would be because of this app. I actually contemplated doing a restore of the iPhone or thinking that maybe it was a sudden bug that would possibly be fixed with iOS 4.3.3. I thought I was the only one with the pixelated pictures.
  4. I do not know what people mean by LOCKINFO shows too much? You can individually, what you want to see and when it appears. You can actually keep it hidden (I'm not sure Apple's implementation is not so?). The way I see it, is that Apple created a crippled version of LOCKINFO. mpeg4 to mp3 converter Go to your iTunes folder (placed where it is installed) and change the file to your iTunes library on iTunes Library.itl 10.3 will then work
  5. If going on tour because you would MacBook Pro 13 "recommended. But you're just at home you have enough iPad. But at best looked up MacBook Pro 13" can find on the couch and garden use with wireless internet access.? mp4 to avi converter I like the Formula 4 case the best. Dockable and carbon both for a sweet edition of its lineup make.
